Cartagena and Guadix day 2

05-03-2010

As outlined in Rob's press release, day 1 went as well as we could have hoped. Before the test we would have been pleased with 1m35s laps at the end of the Cartagena part of the test so to be circulating at this pace on day 1 was a good start.

Day 2 and the weather is not as hot leaving the track with less grip but it is dry despite the forecasts to the contrary. First session this morning was for photos and these will be on the website tomorrow. Session 2 and Dan picked up from where he left off yesterday posting 1m35s laps with the fastest at 1m35.3s.

The team have put a great bike together and know how they want it ridden. Dan is implementing that plan extremely well.

This afternoon we have one 1 hour session which starts at 3pm local time. It is still dry but is quite cold.

Day 1 photos here. Day 2 photos will be tomorrow.
