Christian and SMT part company

Unfortunately the partnership between Christian and SMT has finished with Robin Croft ending the contract. At this time Robin has not explained the reasons but it appears that he is not comfortable to continue to support Christian's development year in Superbike.
Christian and his sponsors including me, are now looking at alternative Superbike rides for this season. Whilst doing that Christian will be competing in the STK1000 class at Snetterton leasing bike and paddock space from Luke Quigley.

For 2010 StoneBaker Racing sponsored four riders in the British Superbike Championship. Dan Linfoot, Christian Iddon, Pat McDougall and Martin Glossop.
Dan signed for his second year with premier team Rob Mac Racing Yamaha and made the step up to compete his first full Superbike season.
Christian moved from supermoto to focus on his short circuit racing career in 2010 and competed British Superbike initially with the SMT team.
Pat joined East Coast Racing full time for 2010 competing in his and the team's, first full year in the British Supersport Championship.
Martin progressed from 125cc to 600cc racing for 2010 in British Superstock 600 with TAG Triumph.
