To Cartagena and Guadix

Dan and I head off to Alicante today for the Rob Mac Racing tests at Cartagena (4th, 5th, 6th and 7th March) and then Guadix (8th, 9th and 10th March). Weather looks a little changeable for Cartagena but then improves for the second test. We will just take it day by day.
The majority of the leading BSB teams are at the tests and therefore it will be a good chance, particularly at Guadix, to gauge relative performance between the riders for the start of the season.
The last time Dan and I were at Cartagena was for the Barry Symmons test in 2008 when the StoneBaker team were preparing for the WSBK Superstock 600 season. A photo of the team at the test is in the gallery here. More news and photos from that 2008 test are in the 2008 website here.

For 2010 StoneBaker Racing sponsored four riders in the British Superbike Championship. Dan Linfoot, Christian Iddon, Pat McDougall and Martin Glossop.
Dan signed for his second year with premier team Rob Mac Racing Yamaha and made the step up to compete his first full Superbike season.
Christian moved from supermoto to focus on his short circuit racing career in 2010 and competed British Superbike initially with the SMT team.
Pat joined East Coast Racing full time for 2010 competing in his and the team's, first full year in the British Supersport Championship.
Martin progressed from 125cc to 600cc racing for 2010 in British Superstock 600 with TAG Triumph.
